1 General Information & Introduction

Bn8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform built primarily for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bn8 and its users ("you" or "member").

By using bn8's website, mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the bn8 platform.

Bn8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To register on bn8, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited. bn8 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time.

• Each individual may only open one account per person. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Never share them with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, bn8 may request a National ID card, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

3 Age Verification & Minor Restriction

Bn8 is deeply committed to protecting minors. While age verification is carried out at the point of registration, bn8 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm a user's age at any time.

If bn8 has reason to believe that an account belongs to a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all funds held in it may be forfeited.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing bn8.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on bn8 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions can be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or other accepted currencies.

• Deposited funds are strictly for use on the bn8 platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, though it may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
• Withdrawal amounts must fall within the specified minimum and maximum limits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Exceptions may be discussed with support.
• If bn8 suspects fraud or irregularity in any transaction, it reserves the right to place that transaction on hold and conduct an investigation.

Bn8 strictly follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. If any suspicious transaction is identified, bn8 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Bn8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms as outlined in the respective offer details. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or devices may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Certain games or markets may be excluded when placing bets using bonus funds.

Bn8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Bonuses already received will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time they were granted.

6 Betting Rules & Game Terms

The following rules apply to all betting activity on bn8 and are binding for all members equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bn8 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market. The maximum stake for a single bet is set by bn8.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn8 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to access the platform.
• Bonus abuse or misuse of the bonus system.
• Attempting to misappropriate funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets using insider information.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bn8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or irregularity.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned through the designated process — unless that balance was obtained through prohibited activity.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bn8 is an entertainment platform. bn8 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account loss due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability due to government restrictions.

Bn8's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the user.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Information may only be shared when required by legal obligation.
